Safety reports
Use the in-product reaction flow for a product reaction so affected routine steps can be paused. For emergency symptoms, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a reply.
Response tracking
Privacy and grievance requests are recorded, identity-verified where necessary, assigned an owner, and retained with an auditable outcome.
